COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toyko Electron CT018-004352-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tri-tronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Traub product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the PU019U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS25CP64AJ manufactured by Tri-tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Tri-tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TZ12A by Manufacturer Traub as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triac-Controls Brand 2R130DA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as 7P3D equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FCSK20APX8 made by Turck as well as the popular 1121S1101400900 original spares produced by Turn-Act Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 118910 by Trumpf and 7P3D spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PU023U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex. |
